Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes — changes that materially affect your rights, obligations, or the price of Premium — we will notify you in-app or via the website before the change takes effect, and you will have a reasonable period to review the change and decide whether to continue using the service. If you do not agree, you may cancel at any time by running /reset in each bot you use or by contacting support. For non-material changes, continued use constitutes acceptance.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform. Providing false age information constitutes a breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to verify age and terminate accounts of underage users.

3. Description of Service and Definitions

For clarity throughout these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Content Policy, the following definitions apply:

• "Website"(also referred to as "this Platform") means this website at furcrush.com. The Website provides marketing and informational materials about our AI companion characters, direct links to the chat bots on the Telegram platform (each associated with a specific character), and our legal and compliance documents (Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Content Policy, Cookie Policy, and 2257 Compliance Statement). The Website does not itself provide any interactive functionality with the characters.
• "Bot(s)" or "the Service" means our AI companion characters accessible as individual chat bots on the Telegram platform. All interaction with the characters takes place in the Bot(s); the Service is provided by the Bot(s), not by the Website.
• "Interactive actions" means sending or receiving text messages, media content (images, audio, video), and any interaction with user-interface controls (buttons, menus, commands, inline keyboards) tied to the characters.
• "Anthropomorphic character" (abbreviated "Anthro") means a fictional character with the mind, speech, and social existence of an adult human, distinguished from humans only by certain physiological traits and visual animal-styled features (ears, tails, snouts, fur, paws, etc.) in varying degrees. The colloquial term "Furry", used in online community contexts, refers to the same class of character. Throughout these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Content Policy, the terms Anthropomorphic character, Anthro, and Furry are used interchangeably.

Characters are artificial intelligence programs, not real people. All character responses are AI-generated and may be inaccurate, biased, or inappropriate. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted service.

4. AI-Generated Content

All text, images, and voice content generated by our AI systems are AI-generated. No real people are depicted in any generated content. AI-generated content may not be factually accurate. Users should not rely on AI responses for medical, legal, financial, or professional advice.

5. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Use the service if under 18 years of age
• Attempt to generate content depicting minors in any context
• Use the service to harass, threaten, or harm real people
• Share content depicting real people without their consent
• Attempt to circumvent content safety systems
• Use automated tools to access the service
• Use the service for illegal purposes

6. Content Policy

In short: five prohibited categories — no minors, no real-world violence, no non-consensual content about real people, no hate speech, no illegal-activity instructions. Fictional anthropomorphic characters are treated as people, not animals; everything else within Premium fiction is fair game. Violations are handled by automated safety systems; you may appeal any ban via the support channel — see our Content Policy for full details.

7. Intellectual Property

Platform code, design, and branding are our intellectual property. Character names, designs, and backstories are our intellectual property. You retain rights to your input messages. We process your messages solely to generate AI responses.

8. Subscriptions and Payments

A free tier is available with limitations. Premium is purchased with Telegram Stars, Telegram's in-app currency. Two tiers are offered:

• 7-day Premium — 400 Stars — one-time purchase that grants 7 days of Premium. The bot will prompt you to renew with one tap when the period ends; if you do not renew, access reverts to free tier with no further charges.
• Monthly — 1200 Stars — native Telegram subscription that auto-renews every 30 days. You can cancel at any time in Telegram Settings → My Stars → Subscriptions; access continues until the current 30-day period ends and no partial refund is issued for unused days.

You purchase Stars from Telegram (via Apple Pay, Google Pay, or card, depending on your client). The operator does not see, store, or process your payment-instrument details — Telegram handles the entire payment transaction. Any taxes Telegram charges on the Stars purchase are between you and Telegram per their Stars Terms of Service.

Refunds

All Telegram Stars purchases are final. No refunds are issued — for any reason, in any circumstance.

This includes, without limitation: change of mind, dissatisfaction with the AI characters or their responses, dissatisfaction with image-generation results, voluntary cancellation, accounts terminated for violating the Content Policy, loss of access to the user's Telegram account, deletion of the user's Telegram account, or any technical issue on the user's side.

By completing a Telegram Stars purchase, the user explicitly consents to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledges that the payment is non-refundable. If the user does not accept this policy, the user should not complete the purchase.

The /paysupportcommand is provided in the Telegram bot per Telegram Bot Developer Terms of Service as the operator's documented payment-support contact for general questions. Sending the command creates no obligation on the operator and does not entitle the user to a refund.

Telegram's payment platform handles charge disputes per its own Stars Terms of Service. Telegram is not obligated to mediate. Nothing in this section affects any statutory rights you may have under applicable law.

9. Data Erasure

You may erase a character's memory of you at any time using the /reset command in Telegram. For deletion across every character, run /reset on each bot you have used, or contact support. Banned accounts have a dedicated /erase command that wipes everything cross-character in one tap. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

10. Disclaimers

Service provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." No warranty of accuracy, reliability, or completeness. Not a substitute for professional advice. AI characters are fictional — they do not have feelings, consciousness, or genuine emotions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

12. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 under Regulation (EU) 2024/3228 and is no longer available. If you are an EU consumer and we cannot resolve a dispute amicably, you may seek redress through a competent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body in your member state of residence or through the courts of that member state.
